Open Play fee: Members-140 Non-Members-150 Your slot is confirmed only after payment. 🔄 Cancellation/Refunds: Confirmed slots are generally non-refundable. Refund/credit may be considered for cancellations made at least 4 hours before play (or by 2 PM for evening sessions), or if the session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. ⚠️ Dropper/No-Show: Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in Dropper status for 3 weeks and loss of slot priority. Please inform organizers as early as possible. 🏟️ Courts: Standard is 12 players per court, up to 15 when approved. Follow assigned courts and rotations. 🤝 Conduct: Respect everyone, welcome beginners, follow organizer instructions, avoid arguments/bullying/offensive behavior, and keep courts clean. ⏰ Attendance: Arrive on time and inform organizers if you're running late or cannot attend. 🏓 Equipment: Bring your own paddle when possible and take care of all club/venue equipment. 🎯 Game Format: Games are played to 11 points, sudden death. 🔄 Rotation: Follow the Winners • Losers • Queue system. Do not move paddles between areas without following the system or organizer approval. 🌱 Beginner-Friendly: Ask questions, help others learn, give respectful feedback, and celebrate improvement—not just winning. ⚠️ Responsibility: Participation is voluntary.
