This is a DUPR NR–3.5 Open Play, intended for unrated (NR) players and players with a DUPR rating of 3.50 or below. If you’re currently NR, no worries! You’re welcome to join. 💚 Before joining, please make sure to: • Sync your Reclub account to your DUPR account. • Join the All Serves Club on DUPR: DUPR Players without a linked DUPR account and who have not joined All Serves Club on DUPR will not be put on the waitlist. 🏓 Play Format • 1 court with organized rotations based on Courtzy/Pickle Q app • Games to 11 points • No deuce: at 10–10, next point wins • First game: 3-minute dinking warm-up • Succeeding games: PS (Play to Serve) — no more warm-up, just get in and play! 🔄 How the Queue Works First to arrive, first to play! We’ll check in players on Courtzy app/Pickle Q as they arrive, so make sure to check in with us when you get there. Win-Loss Stacking for DUPR meet: We’ll use Pickle Q/Courtzy’s Win-Loss Stacking rotation mode, where neutral players go first, followed by alternating winner and loser stacks. How ties are broken: If players are tied in the queue, Courtzy/Pickle Q uses the winning score margin first, then time played (players who’ve played less get priority). We’ll manage the queue throughout the session and rotate players so everyone gets their turn on court. 📊 Match Scores & DUPR Results After each match, please review your score in the Match tab on Reclub and make sure the result is recorded correctly. If there’s any discrepancy or dispute, please approach the organizer before the meet ends so we can review and resolve it. • All match results will be submitted to DUPR after the meet. • Any score dispute must be raised before the meet ends. • Once the meet ends, all recorded results will be considered final and official and will be submitted accordingly. Please take a moment to check your scores after each match. It’s much easier to fix something on the spot 😬😅 💸 Registration Fee: ₱325 per participant 📌 Before You Register 1. Send a request to join. 2. Wait until you’re officially waitlisted before making any payment. 3. Once waitlisted, your reservation will be held for 12 hours. 4. Transfer your payment through: GCash J**** K. G. 0976 038 1218 5. Upload your proof of payment in the activity chat or in the payment tab. Your slot is confirmed once payment has been verified. Slots are secured on a first-paid, first-served basis. 🅿️ Parking Pay Parking is available in compound common area. This session will be held on a new covered court, so rain won’t stop the play. 🌧️🥒 Unless there are other unforeseen venue or safety concerns, the session will push through rain or shine. 🛑 Cancellation & Slot Transfer 🙋 Can’t Make It? We understand that plans can change. 💚 Because court slots are reserved in advance, all confirmed payments are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer make it, you may transfer your slot to another person of your choice. • You and your replacement player may arrange the payment directly between yourselves. • All payment arrangements between the original participant and replacement player are their own responsibility. • Please inform us of the replacement player as soon as possible so we can update the player list. Photos and videos may be taken during our sessions and may be used on All Serves Club’s social media or promotional materials.
