Payment & Confirmation • Once CONFIRMED, please send payment on or before SUNDAY NOVEMBER 1, 2026. Slots not paid by the deadline will be opened to the waitlist. ​ • Kindly send your e-receipt in the group chat. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows • Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. ​ • However, you may sell or gift your slot to another player. Just let the organizers know so we can update the list. 3. All Levels Welcome • Beginners are very welcome! We encourage everyone to review pickleball scoring and basic rules before coming. ​ • For Intermediate–Advanced players: You may be paired with beginners. We ask for your patience and kindness — use it as a chance to share your skills and help the community grow. 💛 4. Matchups • Player matchup requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed at all times.
