GAME ROTATION & COURT RULES: 🏓 First 2 Games: Dink only to get warmed up! ⏱️ Regular Games (Fast Rotation): To maximize playtime for everyone and keep court transitions moving swiftly, all matches will feature sudden-death scoring (first to 11 points, no deuce). ⏱️ 15-Minute Game Limit: Each game is strictly capped at 15 minutes max (or first to 11 points). As your court approaches the 15-minute mark, an organizer will walk over to remind you to wrap up so the next waiting group can jump on! Note: If there are only 10 to 12 total players, only 1 court will be utilized. Since this is an outdoor venue, please read our Inclement Weather Policy. 💳 How to Join & Payment Policy (Pay Before You Play) Step 1: Tap REQUEST TO JOIN to enter the WAITLIST. ⚠️ NOTE: Please only send your payment after you are successfully placed on the WAITLIST. Do not pay if you are not on the WAITLIST. Step 2: Send your payment to secure your spot and upload the payment screenshot in the Chat tab. Paid participants will be marked as "CONFIRMED". Cash: Accepted, but prepaid players get priority confirmation. 💬 IMPORTANT: Send your proof of payment directly in the Reclub chat so we can verify it and manually move you from the WAITLIST to the CONFIRMED list. If the CONFIRMED list is already full, please do not send your payment. We want to ensure everyone gets enough playing time on the courts. 🚫 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 12-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the event to get a refund. Late Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable if you cancel within 12 hours of the open play. However, you are welcome to find a replacement player to take your slot. Minimum Players: A minimum of 10 players is required for the open play to proceed. 🌧️ Inclement Weather (Rain) Policy: Since this is an outdoor venue, games are highly dependent on the weather. In case of rain, our refund guidelines are as follows: ​- Before 6:00 PM: If it rains before the start and courts are unplayable, 100% Full Refund. ​- Played 1 to 2 Hours: If rain stops play before 8:00 PM, you get a ₱120 Partial Refund (approx. 50%). ​- Played 2 to 3 Hours: If rain stops play before 9:00 PM, you get a ₱60 Partial Refund (approx. 25%). ​- Played over 3 Hours: If it rains after 9:00 PM, the session is considered complete and No Refund will be issued. 👟 COURT GUIDELINES & SAFETY ​✅ Fair Play & Atmosphere: We pride ourselves on having a welcoming, friendly, and zero-intimidation environment.
