THE PICKLE DEN OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES To ensure a smooth and enjoyable Open Play experience, kindly read and observe the following guidelines. ⚠️ BOOKING & PAYMENT * All players will initially be waitlisted until payment is verified. * First paid, first confirmed. * Slots are secured only upon successful payment. * Walk-ins are subject to availability. * Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Maribank: Janu Ray Baguinon 14649171078 🎾 GAME RULES * Maximum of 5-ball warm-up or short dinking during the first game only. * Announce the score before every serve. * Games are played up to 11 points only. * Observe proper court rotation and stacking. * Follow staff instructions and court assignments. ‼️ CANCELLATION & REFUNDS * All payments are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. * No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable. * Slot transfers require prior approval from management. * Refunds will only be issued for sessions canceled by The Pickle Den. 🚗 PARKING * Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. * A confirmed booking does not guarantee a parking slot. * Unavailability of parking shall not be a valid ground for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling. 📌 REMINDERS * Wear proper court shoes and sportswear. * Practice CLAYGO and keep the facilities clean. * Respect fellow players and observe good sportsmanship. * Beginners must know basic rules and scoring. * Keep your personal belongings secure. * Children are not allowed inside the playing courts. * Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the games! ⚠️ ASSUMPTION OF RISK By joining The Pickle Den Open Play, players acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in pickleball.
