👋 Here's what you need to know about our open play sessions: *Each session note will depend on who is hosting it. All skill levels are welcome, especially beginners looking for fun! We're also hoping to find long-term players and improve together. We'll rotate players to ensure balanced skill levels and maximum enjoyment. 🎾 Open Play Symbols 🎾 NOTE: This is not coaching class Each court will be assigned with the symbol: 🐣 (Newbie & beginners friendly) Focus on fundamental rally, forehand and backhand spars 🐦‍⬛ (Upper Beginners) Host will set random training drills for the session: 1. Cross court rally 2. One Set 4 Games 3. Practice overhead serve & receive 4. Volley (Net Play) vs Baseline 🦅 (Intermediate & Above) Focus on double games. 1. Warm up Service line box/ inner court 2. One Set 4 Games (If score 2 v 2 -> Enter 3) 3. Tiebreaker game (Reach 7 points) 🎾 Equipment: Please bring your own racquet. I have only two extra available [Rent RM5 each], so if that's in use, you'll need to borrow from your friends. Please notify us to put you in. 📥 Securing Your Slot: Players who request will be put on the waitlisted once approved by the host. Kindly note a few things: 1. Strongly advice not make payment if you are not on the waitlisted yet. 2. The waiting list is not a queue list. 3. Slots are confirmed upon payment and receipt of your payment proof via the Payment Tab. It's first pay, first secure, so pay promptly to guarantee your spot! 🔁 Refunds & Rescheduling: If rain forces us to cancel, you'll receive a full refund (Based on Hourly). Please note that payments are strictly non-refundable for no-shows or other reasons within 2 days. You have the option to reschedule your booking or find a substitute to take your slot. 🚫 As for last minute drop out. Please notify the host to seek out any available players on that session who is willing to take your place. If nobody takes this will consider no-shows. If there is someone who will replace you. Host will reschedule your slot to the next available session according to the venue.
