🏓 OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES • Please pay before you play. • Slots are first come, first served via Reclub. • Only confirmed players may play — NO WALK-INS. In case of a no-show, admins may allow a walk-in to take the vacant slot at their discretion, subject to availability and event conditions. • Paddle stacking will be implemented to ensure fair and efficient rotation. • Please be ready when called and rotate promptly after each game to maximize court time for everyone. 🎯 GAME FORMAT • Games are played to 11 points only. • Sudden death at 10–10. • Maximum of 15 minutes per game, including warm-up dinks. • During the last hour of open play, warm-up dinks are no longer allowed. Please proceed directly into your game. 📌 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY • Cancellation is allowed up to 8 hours before the event. • After the cancellation cutoff, your slot is locked. • A ₱200 no-show fee will be strictly implemented if you RSVP and do not attend. ⚠️ IMPORTANT • Open play schedules may change depending on player turnout, court availability, safety, weather, or other circumstances. • Please be respectful, follow the rotation system, and help keep games moving. • This is a recreational activity.
