Limited Slots: Wait for host confirmation before considering your slot secured. 3. Payment First: Waitlisted players who meet the level requirement must pay to secure an available slot. 4. Proof of Payment: Upload your receipt to the Reclub payment tab. 5. Be On Time: Arrive before the scheduled start. 6. Respect Everyone: Practice good sportsmanship and keep the court environment friendly. 7. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 6 hours before the meet will result in a cancellation freeze. 8. Court Care: Keep the playing area clean and follow court rules. 🕹️ GAME SYSTEM 1. Warm-Up: Maximum of 5 balls before your first game only. 2. No Warm-Ups Between Games: Start succeeding games immediately. 3. Straight to 11: All games are played to 11 points. No sliding or score adjustments to extend games. 4. Queuing System: A pickleball queuing app will be used for fair rotations and balanced matchups. 5. Follow the Rotation: Respect the queue and wait for your turn. 6. Always Be Ready: Be ready when your turn is called. 7. Fair Play: Make honest line calls and respect every player. 8.
