Here’s our little game-day guide to keep things fair, organised and enjoyable for everyone. 📍 COURT DETAILS 📌 Venue: SM LA SALLE TG ARU 🏟️ Court: [C1, C2 & C3] 🕒 Time: [6pm - 10pm] 💰 Session Fee: RM 12 Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session. We want to make the most of our court booking, so let’s be ready to play on time! 🔄 1. PADDLE ROTATION & GAME FLOW We’ll be using a paddle queue system to organise games and give everyone a fair opportunity to play. • Place your paddle in the designated queue when you’re waiting to play. • After each game, return your paddle to the queue according to the rotation system. • Please follow the organiser’s instructions when moving between games. • Avoid skipping the queue or holding a spot for friends outside the agreed rotation. • If you need a break, please inform the organiser. Our goal is simple: fair rotation, less waiting and more playing time for everyone. Let’s keep the games moving and the court energy alive! 🔥 🏓 2. MATCH FORMAT 🎾 Rally scoring to 15 points 🎾 No deuce — first team to reach 15 wins 🎾 Partners and opponents may change throughout the session 🎾 Games will follow the agreed rotation and court schedule Please clarify the score before starting if there’s any confusion. If a disagreement happens, keep it respectful and resolve it calmly. Play with focus, compete with respect. 🤝 3. SPORTSMANSHIP & COURT ETIQUETTE At Rally Rebels, we believe good players are defined by more than just their scores. ✔️ Respect your teammates, opponents and organisers. ✔️ Make honest line calls and respect the calls made by others. ✔️ Avoid unnecessary arguments over points or decisions. ✔️ Be mindful of neighbouring courts and retrieve stray balls safely. ✔️ Encourage one another, regardless of skill level. ✔️ Keep the court clean and take all your belongings when leaving. Competitive energy is welcome. Disrespect is not. We can play hard without making the game uncomfortable for others. 💯 🔥 4. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION To secure your spot, please complete payment once your participation has been confirmed. Unpaid spots may be offered to players on the waiting list. 🚨 7. CANCELLATION & FEE CARRY-FORWARD We understand that unexpected plans can happen. However, every booking involves court arrangements and limited player slots, so we appreciate early notice. ✅ Cancellation at least 24 hours before the session Your paid fee may be carried forward to the next eligible Rally Rebels session, subject to organiser confirmation. ⚠️ Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session The session fee will be forfeited because the spot may be difficult to fill at short notice. ❌ No-show without prior notice The session fee will be forfeited. 📌 Carry-forward terms • The carry-forward applies to the next eligible Rally Rebels session only. • It may be used once and cannot be carried forward again. • Please inform the organiser directly if you need to cancel. • Any replacement player or exception must be approved by the organiser. Thank you for understanding that your early notice helps us manage the session fairly for everyone. ⏰ 8. RESPECT THE BOOKING Our court time is limited, and every player deserves the opportunity to play. Please arrive on time, follow the rotation and help keep transitions between games smooth. Warm-ups should be brief so we can maximise our playing time. If you arrive late, please check with the organiser before joining the rotation. 🫶🏻 9. A LITTLE REMINDER Rally Rebels is more than a game. It’s a place to learn, compete, connect and build a community through pickleball. You don’t have to be the strongest player on court.
