Important Policies: ✅ First come, first served. 🚫 Strictly No Pay, No Confirmation, No Play. 🚫 No walk-ins will be allowed. Everyone needs to register beforehand on the platform to secure their slot. 📌Each payment must correspond precisely to the number of slots officially reserved within the Reclub system. Overpayment for unreserved slots is strictly prohibited. ⛔️We strictly do not exceed the maximum number of participants. Notes: Win/Lose game format Bring your own paddle. Balls will be provided. II. Cancellation & Refunds • All payments are non-refundable. • If you’re unable to attend, you have the option to transfer or sell your slot to another player. Please inform the admins on Reclub once the transfer is arranged so we can update the slot accordingly. • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations. • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the reserved slot. • If a session is canceled by the organizer due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be credited towards a future Open Play session. III. Safety Reminder • Proper court footwear is required (tennis or badminton shoes recommended) to help prevent injuries. IV.
