The Dinking Club — Open Play Guidelines How to Secure Your Slot 1. Payment Send the Open Play fee via GCash: FR****S CA**O AD**O C. 09279414760 2. Proof of Payment Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation. 3. Confirm Your Booking Upload your payment receipt through the “Chat Group” tab on ReClub or send it to us via DM. Please note: Your slot is considered confirmed only after payment and proof of payment have been received. ‼️ Dink Arena Entrance Fee The ₱50 entrance fee is already included in the Open Play fee. ⸻ Cancellation & Slot Transfer Policy • Any back-out or cancellation made within 12 hours of the scheduled playtime will NOT be refunded if payment has already been made. • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to a replacement player. • Please inform the admins as soon as possible if you need to cancel or transfer your slot. • No-shows will forfeit their payment. ⸻ Player Rotation We use PickleQ.app for our player rotation and game assignments.
