NOTES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGULAR OPEN PLAY SCHEDULE Every Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Beginners & Advanced Beginners NOTES Open Play is intended for Beginners and Advanced Beginners. All morning players are welcome to join. Non-Members: ₱250 per session Members: ₱200 per session Players are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Players must bring their own paddle and personal essentials. Court rotation will be managed to provide everyone with playing opportunities. Players are expected to observe proper court etiquette and sportsmanship. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Registration/Payment – Payment must be settled before or upon joining the Open Play session. 2. No Refund Policy – Session fees are non-refundable once the player has confirmed their slot, except when the organizers officially cancel the session. 3. Schedule Changes – Schedule, court assignment, or playing format may be adjusted when necessary due to court availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 4. Skill Level – Players should honestly assess their playing level to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone. 5. Sportsmanship – Respect fellow players, organizers, coaches, and court facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the session. 6. Safety – Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for taking reasonable precautions while playing. 7. Equipment & Personal Belongings – Players are responsible for their own paddles, equipment, valuables, and personal belongings. 8. Court Rules – All players must follow the rules and guidelines of the venue and organizers. 9. Photography/Media – By joining the session, players acknowledge that event photos or videos may be taken for community and promotional purposes. 10. Organizer's Discretion – The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable Open Play experience.
