No-shows are not eligible for refunds. 🔄 OPEN PLAY FORMAT • PickleQ App will be used to rotate partners and opponents for each game. • First server will be determined through Rock, Paper, Scissors. • Winner serves straight to 0-0-2. • Race to 11 points only — no win-by-2. • Warm-ups are limited to a maximum of 2 minutes. • Please be ready when your rotation is called to keep the games moving. 🤝 LOCKED-IN PAIRS Players who choose to lock in as a pair may do so and will be allowed to play together throughout the session. However, locked-in pairs will not be eligible to win the event prizes or be included among the Top Winners. This is to keep the open-play format fair and give everyone a chance to compete through the regular rotation system. 🏓 COURT ETIQUETTE • Respect all players regardless of skill level. • Keep the games fun, friendly, and competitive. • Be mindful of court time and avoid unnecessary delays. • Please be ready when your name or rotation is called. • Bring your own paddle, water, and other personal essentials. • Most importantly, play safe and listen to your body.
