HOW TO JOIN 1. Click “Request to Join” to be added to the WAITLIST. 2. Send your payment and proof of payment. Can opt to pay onsite but we highly appreciate if you can settle the entrance fee earlier. 5. The same process applies to plus-ones (+1s). B. PAYMENT 1. Send payment via GCash to: Wilfred Mervin S. Ladiana 📱 0915 535 5531 2. Upload your GCash receipt through the Payment tab on the Reclub app. 3. No refunds as a general rule. A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before the scheduled session. 4. If you can no longer play, you may transfer/sell your slot to someone else, but please inform the host/s in advance. C. WAIVER OF LIABILITY 1. Each player is responsible for their own safety, health, and well-being while participating. 2. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings and valuables. Hosts will not be liable to any lost personal belongings 3. The hosts and its organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings during the session. D. QUEUING SYSTEM 1. 🏸 Racket rentals are available. Kindly inform the organizers in advance if you need one. 2. We will be using an app for the match ups. The app factors in the level of the players and the rotation scheme. 3. Please report your match results to the organizers so they can be recorded in the Reclub app. 4. Team-up requests may be accommodated upon request but is subject to the flow of play. 5.
