Please check the details in the Payment Tab. 3️⃣ Upload your payment screenshot under PAYMENT UPLOAD RECEIPT to confirm your slot. ⏳ WAITLIST POLICY • Once the Confirmed List is FULL, all additional players will remain on the waitlist and be put on hold. • Waitlisted players can only take a spot if a confirmed player cancels. • Please DO NOT make any payment while you are on the waitlist. Wait for confirmation from the organizer before paying. • Spots will be offered to waitlisted players when they become available. ❌ NO REFUNDS! If you can no longer make it, you may find another player to take over your slot. Please inform the organizer of any changes. 🎒 What to Bring & Game Setup • Please bring your own paddle. • Balls will be provided. • Paddle stacking will be implemented to ensure fair play and organized rotations OR the PickleQ app will be used for player rotation.
