No-Show Policy Once payment has been made, no-show = payment is forfeited (money burn). No refund or replacement will be given. 3. Cancellation Cancellations made after payment are non-refundable. 4. Late Arrival Players who arrive late will still be charged for the full session. The game will proceed according to the scheduled time. 5. Game Format Rotating Partner Via Reclub 6. Sportsmanship All players are expected to play fairly, respect other players and maintain good sportsmanship throughout the session. 7. Organiser’s Rights The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the session arrangement when necessary.
