Walk-in players are subject to slot availability. Your slot is only confirmed after payment has been received. Payment Policy Payment First Policy – Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Unpaid reservations may be released to waitlisted players without prior notice. No payment, no play. Check-In Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may forfeit their spot if games have already started. Court Etiquette Wear proper non-marking court shoes. Bring your own paddle and balls unless otherwise stated. Observe good sportsmanship and respect fellow players, coaches, staff, and officials. Follow the game rotation assigned through Reclub. Keep games moving to ensure everyone gets equal playing time. Cancellation & Freeze Policy You may cancel or freeze your booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time through the Reclub app. Cancellations or freeze requests made within 6 hours of the session are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling. Failure to attend without cancelling within the allowed period will be considered a No-Show, and the session fee will be forfeited. Weather & Facility Closure If Pickle & Chill cancels a session due to weather, court conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, players will receive a credit or rescheduled session. Waitlist If a session is full, players may join the waitlist. Once a slot becomes available, the next eligible player on the waitlist will be notified through Reclub. Code of Conduct Respect all players and staff. Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund. Players are responsible for their own belongings. Liability Participation is at the player's own risk. Pickle & Chill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or injuries sustained during play.
