PAYMENT FIRST POLICY 💸 All players who sign up will initially be placed on the WAITLIST. Your slot is NOT confirmed until payment is received. 2. PAYMENT DEADLINE ⏰ Payment must be completed 1 day before the Open Play. 3. UNPAID SLOTS ⚠️ After the payment deadline, all unpaid slots will automatically be released and offered to players on the waitlist. Unpaid players will not be included in the confirmed player list. 4. NO REFUNDS 🚫 All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once your slot has been confirmed. 5. NO LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS 🚫 Please make sure you are available before paying. Last-minute cancellations will not be refunded. 6. SLOT TRANSFER 🔄 Can’t make it anymore? You may sell/transfer your slot to another player. Please inform the admins of the new player’s name before the Open Play. 7. WAITLIST 🎟️ Players on the waitlist will be moved to the confirmed list as slots become available. Payment must be completed to secure the newly offered slot. 8.
