PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 🙅‍♀️ Once payment has been made, it is strictly non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the open play is cancelled by Dinky Bear Club. If you can no longer attend: ▪︎ More than 24 hours before the open play: You may request to transfer your payment to another schedule or transfer your slot to another person. If transferring your slot, you are responsible for finding your own replacement. ▪︎ Less than 24 hours before the open play: Your payment can no longer be moved to another schedule, but you may still transfer your slot to another person. Dinky Bear Club will not look for or assign a replacement on your behalf—you are responsible for finding your own replacement. 3. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. ⏰️ Come a little earlier if possible so we can start the games and rotations on schedule. If you're running late, just let the admins know. 4. BRING YOUR PADDLE. 🏓 If you don’t have one yet (for now mehehe), paddles are available for rent at the court for ₱100 for the entire session, so no worries! 5. PICKLEQ APP. 😌 We will use the PickleQ app for game rotations to help ensure fair and balanced matchups and give everyone an equal opportunity to play. 6. BAD ATTITUDE IS NOT WELCOME IN OUR CLUB! 💅 This is a safe space for everyone to enjoy pickleball regardless of skill level. Be considerate of your fellow players—good sportsmanship always. Also, make paddle tapping a habit—whether you win or lose a point! 🫶 7. KNOW YOUR LIMITS & PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ⚠️ Players are responsible for their own health and safety during the session. The organizers will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings. 8. FOLLOW THE VENUE'S RULES. 🤝 Everyone must comply with the rules and regulations of UP Community Court. Please respect the court, staff, equipment, and facilities. 9.
