Slots are only confirmed upon successful payment. 3️⃣ Confirmation Once your payment has been verified, your status will be updated from WAITLISTED to CONFIRMED. ─── 📝 OPEN PLAY RULES 🏓 Paddle Stacking • Games are played Race to 11. • No Deuce. • Win by Serve. • Do-or-Die Format. • Winners and losers rotate to allow everyone the opportunity to play with different players. 🤝 Sportsmanship • Treat everyone with respect and courtesy. • Unsportsmanlike behaviour, harassment, or disrespect towards other players will result in a warning and may lead to removal or a permanent ban from future sessions. 📖 Game Rules • Players are expected to have a basic understanding of pickleball rules. • If you're new to the sport, don't hesitate to ask our hosts,we're happy to help. 👥 Playing with Friends • If you'd like to play as a group, kindly inform the paddle stacker in advance. • Groups will be placed at the end of the current paddle stack to ensure fairness for everyone. ─── 🔍 CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund. • Same day cancellations and no shows are non-refundable. • You may transfer your slot to another player provided a replacement is arranged at least one day before the scheduled session. ─── ⚠️ REMINDERS • Please do not send payment once all slots are full, unless instructed by the host. • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to court availability. • Parking is limited. • Please bring your own drinking water. • All participants play at their own risk. • PIKABOL Club, its organisers, and hosts are not liable for any injuries, accidents, lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
