* If no replacement is found, the fee goes to the club fund. ☔️ Weather Policy * In the event that the session is canceled due to rain or unsafe court conditions, players will receive a partial refund based on the remaining playing time. *Example: If a 3-hour session is stopped after 1 hour due to rain, each player will receive a refund equivalent to the remaining 2 hours of court time. *The organizer's decision regarding weather-related cancellations and refund calculations will be final.
