Come play, meet new people, and enjoy some pickleball. 🎾 🥅: 2 courts with Picklecam 📍: Paddlrs Podium, QC 🕖: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM 💵: ₱330 per player A. HOW TO JOIN 1. Click “Request to Join” to be added to the WAITLIST. 2. Send your payment and proof of payment. 3. Only paid players will be moved to the CONFIRMED list on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Unpaid requests will remain on the WAITLIST. 5. The same process applies to plus-ones (+1s). B. PAYMENT 1. Send payment via GCash to: John Roque D. Delos Santos 📱 0976 497 6838 2. Upload your GCash receipt through the Payment tab on the Reclub app. 3. No refunds as a general rule. A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before the scheduled session. 4. If you can no longer play, you may transfer/sell your slot to someone else, but please inform the hosts beforehand. C. OPEN PLAY SYSTEM 1. 🏓 Paddle rentals are available. Kindly inform the organizers in advance if you need one. 2. We will start with the online paddle-stacking system. After the first few matches, we will implement a win/lose team-up system. 3. Please report your match results to the organizers so they can be recorded in the Reclub app. 4. Team-up requests may be accommodated upon request, subject to the flow of play. 5. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE BALLS HOME. 😭🥹 Let’s keep the balls where they belong so we can use them for future sessions. 🙏 D. WAIVER OF LIABILITY 1. Each player is responsible for their own safety, health, and well-being while participating. 2. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings and valuables. 3.
