Submit a request to join. Your status will be shown as REQUESTED. (Please do not make payment). 2. Once approved by the host, your status will be changed to WAITLISTED. (Please proceed to make payment). 3. Make payment within 24 hours to secure your spot (first come first serve). Once confirmed, your status will be CONFIRMED. 4. If the session is full, your status will be updated to ON HOLD at step 2 (Please do not make payment). 🔒 Cancellation & No-Show Policy 1. Contact the host, Calven for cancellation and refund at least 1 day in advance. 2. 24 hours freeze applied before the session: no cancellation or refunds will be accepted. 3.
