REGISTRATION & PAYMENT • Confirm your attendance with the organizer before joining. • The open play fee is ₱150 per player. • Please settle your payment before playing to secure your slot. • Send your GCash payment screenshot to the organizer for verification. • Double-check the GCash number and recipient's name before sending payment. • Slots are subject to availability and organizer confirmation. 📌 2. CANCELLATION POLICY • If you can no longer attend, please inform the organizer as early as possible. • NO REFUNDS FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS. Please make sure you're available before confirming your slot. • If the organizer cancels the session, players will be informed of the refund or rescheduling arrangements. 📌 3. GAME FORMAT & COURT ROTATION • Games are played to 11 points, win by 2. • Follow the assigned court rotation and wait for your turn. • Be ready when your group is called so everyone gets enough playing time. • If other players are waiting, please finish your game and rotate promptly. • Follow the organizer's instructions regarding matchups and court assignments. 📌 4. SPORTSMANSHIP & RESPECT • Respect your teammates, opponents, fellow players, and organizers. • Make honest line calls and settle disagreements calmly. • No bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior. • Keep the competition friendly. SAFETY & EQUIPMENT • Wear proper sportswear and appropriate court shoes. • Bring your own paddle and drinking water. • Warm up before playing and stay hydrated. • Avoid entering an active court while a rally is in progress. • Inform the organizer immediately if an injury or safety concern occurs. 📌 6. CLEANLINESS & VENUE ETIQUETTE • Keep the court and surrounding areas clean. • Dispose of trash properly and take care of the venue's equipment. • Follow all rules and regulations of Uptown Pickleball Court. • Be mindful of other players and avoid unnecessary disruptions. 📌 7.
