🏓 NOVICE DUPR NIGHT 📅 Event Details * Schedule: Tuesday (on designated Novice DUPR Night dates) * Time: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM (~3 hours) * Registration Fee: ₱280/player * Minimum Players: 8 * Maximum Players: 12 🎾 Event Format A Round Robin / Random Pairing format will be used. * 8 players: Each player will play a total of 7 games, partnering with each of the other 7 players exactly once. * 10–12 players: Each player will play approximately 5–6 games, with different partner combinations. * Match arrangements, number of games, and player groupings may be adjusted depending on the total number of participants (8–12 players). * The format aims to ensure fair play, shorter waiting times, and maximum court participation for everyone. 👥 Eligibility ✅ Open to all players, regardless of gender. Eligible DUPR Rating: NR, 2.4–3.4 Only players whose current DUPR rating falls within the specified range may join, subject to skill assessment for NR players. ✅ Requirements Before registering, please make sure that: * You have an active DUPR account. * Your DUPR account is linked to your Reclub account. * You register through the official Reclub event. 🆕 NR (Not Rated) Players First-time NR players may be asked to join our regular Open Play first for skill assessment. The court officer or event host will determine the appropriate DUPR Night category based on the player’s observed ability and self-rating. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been verified. ⚠️ NO REFUND & NO RESCHEDULING POLICY * All confirmed payments are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. * No rescheduling, cancellation, or transfer of paid slots to another player or event will be allowed. * Players who fail to attend or withdraw after payment will forfeit their registration fee. 🔄 DUPR Night Conversion to Open Play A minimum of 8 confirmed and paid players is required for DUPR Night to proceed. If the event cannot push through due to insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances: * All confirmed and paid participants will automatically be converted to regular Open Play for the same evening. * ₱180 of the registration fee will cover the Open Play session. * The excess ₱100 will be credited to each affected player’s account for use toward their next Open Play or DUPR Night registration. * The ₱100 credit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the player’s next applicable registration fee. Note: This conversion is an event adjustment initiated by Dink District and is an exception to the no-rescheduling policy. 📌 Important Notes * DUPR match results will be submitted to DUPR. * Players are encouraged to arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start for registration and preparation. * Players are expected to observe good sportsmanship and fair play at all times. * Event format, match schedules, and player groupings may be adjusted depending on participation. * The event host reserves the right to verify eligibility and make necessary adjustments to ensure fair and competitive play. * After DUPR Night concludes at around 11:00 PM, participants may join regular Open Play FREE until 1:00 AM, subject to court availability and existing Open Play rules.
