• Unpaid reservations may be released to other players on the waitlist.

All payments are strictly non-refundable once your slot has been confirmed. This includes cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows. Please make sure you are available before securing your slot.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player, subject to prior notice. No-shows without a replacement will not be refunded.
