Bring your own water bottle and drink regularly throughout the session, especially during breaks. Take time to rest whenever needed and keep yourself hydrated. 3. 🏓 OPEN PLAY FORMAT — ROTATE & MIX! This is an open play session, which means everyone gets the opportunity to play with different partners and opponents. Let's keep the games fun, fair, and inclusive by mixing up our pairings and welcoming new players. Avoid sticking to the same partner or group for the entire session. Meet new people, learn from one another, improve your skills, and enjoy the true spirit of pickleball! 4. 🤝 RESPECT EVERYONE & KEEP THE GOOD VIBES DINKabolity is all about fun, friendship, respect, and sportsmanship. Please follow the organizer's rotation instructions and be mindful of players waiting for their turn. Once your game is finished, rotate as instructed. Avoid staying on the court for additional games when other players are waiting. Let's work together to keep the games moving smoothly and maximize everyone's playing time! 6. 👟 WEAR PROPER SPORTS ATTIRE & COURT SHOES Wear comfortable sports clothing and appropriate court shoes to ensure better movement, stability, and safety while playing. Avoid footwear that may cause slipping or damage the court surface. Please prioritize safety and comfort throughout the session. 7. 🚫 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Before confirming your slot, please make sure you're available for the scheduled session. - No cancellations or refunds once your slot has been confirmed. - If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your slot to another player. - All slot transfers are subject to the organizer's approval. - Please coordinate with the organizer to ensure that any replacement is properly confirmed. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. 8. ❗ NO-SHOW = SLOT FORFEITED Players who fail to attend their confirmed session without prior coordination will forfeit their slot. If an unexpected situation arises, please inform the organizer as early as possible.
