Pay promptly or your slot may be released. • Selection is based on playing level and game balance, not first-come, first-served. • Free cancellation at least 48 hours before the game. No refund within 48 hours for late arrivals or no-shows. • Replacements require approval. Games cancelled by Reset Society will be refunded or transferred.

• By joining, you confirm that you are fit to play, accept the ordinary risks of pickleball and agree to follow all rules. •You are responsible for your conduct, belongings and medical expenses. To the extent permitted by law, Reset Society is not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from ordinary risks or other players’ actions. •Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
