🏓 TICKLEBALLS — OPEN PLAY 💳 PAYMENT FIRST POLICY To keep our Open Play slots organized and fair for everyone, we strictly implement a PAYMENT FIRST POLICY. 📌 HOW IT WORKS: 1. Request to Join through Reclub. 2. Once your name is moved to the WAITLIST, you may proceed with payment. 3. Upload your proof of payment/receipt in the Reclub Payment Tab. 4. Your slot will only be considered CONFIRMED once payment has been verified. 5. Payment must be completed to secure your slot UNLESS you message the admin directly with your request. ⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS • Please DO NOT pay if the Open Play is already FULL, unless instructed by the admin. • Payment does not automatically guarantee a slot until your receipt is verified and your name appears on the CONFIRMED list. • Once confirmed, cancellations and no-shows are strictly non-refundable. • If you can no longer attend, please find a replacement, sell your slot and inform the admin. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in following this policy. This helps us avoid last-minute cancellations, unpaid reservations, and overbooking. Pay first. Get confirmed. Then LET’S PLAY! 🥒💚 ✅ Open Play Rules • Games are played up to 11 points, No deuce. • NO more dinking after 7:30PM. •Strictly Walk-ins will not be accepted. ⚡ We prioritize quality games and a fast-paced Open Play so everyone gets more time on the court. 🤝 This is a friendly Open Play, so let’s have fun, play fair, and enjoy the games! ⚠️ INJURY DISCLAIMER OMG Pickleball Club will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during play.
