A competitive DUPR-rated session for players at 2.8+ level. Please join only if you are comfortable sustaining rallies and playing at this level. 🎯 Game Format • Round Robin Doubles • 15-point games • Sudden death at 14–14 • Players will rotate partners and opponents throughout the session. • Everyone will partner with and play against every other player at least once. • 8 players: 14 games total, 7 games per player. • 7 players: 11 games total — 5 players play 6 games, 2 players play 7 games. • 6 players: 8 games total — 4 players play 5 games, 2 players play 6 games. • Games are DUPR-rated and scores will be submitted after the session. 💳 RSVP & Payment RSVPs will initially be placed on the waitlist. Your spot will only be confirmed after payment and host approval. 👥 Minimum Players A minimum of 6 confirmed players is required for the session to proceed. If fewer than 6 players are confirmed, the meetup will be cancelled/forfeited. ⚠️ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the game are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the game will not be refunded, as the spot may be difficult to fill at short notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may also affect your selection or priority for future meetups, as confirmed spots are limited and last-minute cancellations can affect the session and other players. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the host’s discretion. Please only confirm your spot if you are committed to completing the scheduled games. ⏰ Please arrive early Players are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time for warm-up and a quick briefing. 🏓 Game Etiquette • Play fairly and respectfully. • Make clear and honest line calls. • Follow the assigned matchmaking and rotation. • Please complete your scheduled games unless there is an emergency. • Keep the games moving so the full round robin can be completed. ⚠️ Weather & Court Availability 🌦️ Weather Permitting: A weather check will be done 1 hour before the meetup, and updates will be posted in the chat. I will try my best to notify everyone as early as possible if the meetup is cancelled due to rain. 🏟️ Court Availability: This is a public outdoor court and is subject to availability. If the court is occupied when we arrive, we will move to a backup court located approximately 10 minutes away on foot.
