ARRIVE EARLY & CHECK IN! ✅ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event for check-in and warm-up. 📣 Upon arrival, kindly approach the organizers and check in. ⚠️ Players who fail to check in may not be called for matches and may be tagged as a NO-SHOW in DinkPro.app. So, make sure we know you’re there! 🏓 4. LET’S KEEP THE GAMES MOVING! 🤖 Match rotations are automated through DinkPro app. 🎯 The first team to reach 11 points wins. ⚡ No win by 2 — once a team reaches 11 points, the game ends. ⏱️ If your match is still ongoing after 15 minutes, we’ll switch to RALLY SCORING to help speed up rotations. Every rally earns a point, including errors on serves, which award a point to the opposing team. 📣 Please make fair and honest line calls. Let’s keep the games competitive but respectful! 🔒 5. LOCK-INS ALLOWED (EXCLUDED FROM TOP 3) ‼️ Lock-ins are permitted if you wish to play exclusively with your chosen partner or group! However, to maintain fairness for everyone participating in the standard open play rotation, players/teams opting for lock-ins will not be eligible to win the top 3 spots.
