HOW TO JOIN THE GAME 🥒 🏓 Court: 2 courts | (matching via PickleQ) 💰 Fee: PHP ₱220 per player 🍬 Free snacks [candies, pika-pika, sandwich, ice, water (bring your own thumbler)] HOW TO RESERVE A SLOT: 1️⃣ Send a request to join the upcoming session. 2️⃣ Dont wait to be waitlisted you can pay ahead using the admin’s posted QR code. 3️⃣ Upload a screenshot of your payment. 4️⃣ Slot is confirmed after admin verification. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 📍 No refunds after confirmation. 📍 You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted/substitute player and handle the refund directly. 📍 Inform the admin at least 6 hours before the session of any changes. 📍 Replacement players require admin approval. 📍 If your slot is not filled, the fee goes to the club fund.
