This will be a chill and friendly tennis meet — basically a chance for us to get some court time, practice together, and hopefully improve along the way!
🕒 Meet Format
First ~10 mins: Dynamic warm-up + mini tennis
Next ~10 mins: Practice rally / drills
Last ~40 mins: Gameplay
📍 Court 2, QMC Tennis Court
🎒 What to Bring
• Tennis racket
• Tennis balls (please bring a can if you have one)
• Water / hydration 💧(PET bottles not allowed)
• Towel
• Sunscreen (there’s barely any shade there)
