In case you will not be able to secure the slot because the slots are already full, refund will be given or you may inform admin to apply it on another scheduled meet. Provided, you can also successfully request for a slot in the next meet. Cancellation policy: 1. No refund in case of cancellation. 2. However, Player may contact waitlisted player to take the slot and shall collect refund from them directly. In case no waitlisted player available, player may contact any other substitute player to take the slot. In case none can take the slot, payment shall be forfeited to the club fund.
