NO WALK-INS – only players with confirmed Reclub reservations will be allowed. 2. LIMITED SLOTS – to keep the game queue smooth and organized. 3. USE RECLUB RESPONSIBLY – RSVP only if you’re 100% sure to join. 4. NO-SHOWS – players who fail to show up may be banned from the next meet. 📌 PAYMENT GUIDELINES 1. NO PAYMENT, NO STACKING – players who have not paid will not be placed in the queue. 2. ADVANCE PAYMENT via GCash guarantees your slot. Pay only when you are confirmed.(Upload your receipt on payment tab) 3. ON-SITE PAYMENT must be settled before playing. 📌 PADDLE STACKING GUIDELINES Each game is played to 11 points only. NO REMATCHES ARE ALLOWED. If players wish to play again, they must restack their paddles at the end of the queue. 📌 SELF-STACKING POLICY 1. First-come, first-served system to ensure everyone gets a turn without arguments or confusion. 2. DO NOT REMOVE someone else's paddle without their permission; choose the first available stack only. 3. Paddle stacking is by skill level. Please choose the group that best matches your current ability for fair and fun games. 4. CHOOSING OPPONENTS: Players may stack paddles in groups of four if they wish to play together, provided they join the queue in the order they arrived. 📌 FIT TO PLAY All players must be physically fit and in proper condition to play before joining any open play session. Anyone feeling unwell, injured, or unable to safely participate should refrain from playing for their own safety and the safety of others.
