Tap “Request to join” on this Reclub event. 2. Wait for host approval. If the session is full, you may be placed on the waitlist. 3. Please do not come based on a pending request. GAME RULES AND ROTATION • Doubles games to 11 points, win by 2. • The host will manage the queue, pairings, and court assignments. • Rotate after each game and be ready when your turn is called. • Play fairly, respect other players, and help keep games moving. VILLAGE ENTRY Follow village rules and security policies, cooperate with the guards, and park only in permitted areas. A confirmed Reclub slot does not override village entry requirements. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND Cancel your Reclub reservation as early as possible so a waitlisted player can join. Please also notify the host if cancellation is close to the start time. WHAT TO BRING Bring your own paddle and pickleballs, plus proper court shoes, water, and a towel. Food and drinks are allowed; please clean up and throw your trash in the designated bins. PARTICIPATION AND SAFETY By joining, you acknowledge the ordinary risks of playing pickleball and agree to play within your ability and follow the court rules and host’s safety instructions. Stop and inform the host if you feel unwell or are injured. Minors must have parent or guardian approval to participate.
