Payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled queuing session, a ₱200 Cancellation Fee will apply or look for someone to replace your slot. Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a No-Show and will be subject to the full ₱380 No-Show Fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
