Các cú quả tập trung: Drive ( trái - phải ) - Giao bóng - Punch Volley … tùy theo sự tiếp thu có thể học thêm 1 số kĩ thuật nâng cao như : Drop- Roll Volley- Dink ( nâng cao ) - Reset - Swing volley ( tấn công) ….. Lớp học tối đa 4-6 HV ( thông thường lớp có 4hv ) Sau khi tập xong có hướng dẫn chiến thuật đánh đôi cơ bản .
