After we received your request to join a class, our admin will contact you to confirm your attendance. 2. You then will be asked to pay for the classes you are booking. 3. Once you sent the payment proof, your booking has been secured and the request will be accepted. 4. Unfortunately, we can NOT accept your request before you complete the payment. •Terms and Conditions• 1. Please wear a proper sports attire. The breathable material wicks away sweats, regulate your body temperature and help keep you cool and dry during play. It also affords maximum flexibility while you're dashing across the court. 2. Bring your own water. Hydration is essential for proper muscle function. It affects your flexibility and speed. We provide bottled water in case you need extra, but it’s better to bring your own. 3. Bring your own racket. Rackets are tailored to different play styles and experience levels. Bringing your own customised racket will help you to reach a higher level of tennis and to increase your overall performance on the court. But don’t worry, we provide rackets if you haven’t got one. 4. Low attendance = shorter session. If a class has not more than 50% of the total participant, then the sessions will be adjusted and might end early. 5. We understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, no problem! Please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
