Onsite Payment Those who commit to paying cash must settle their payment at the beginning of their scheduled session. 2. Cancellation Policy for Cash Payments For players who choose cash/onsite payment, cancellation must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. ❗️Failure to cancel within the 4-hour timeframe means payment will still be required. 3.
