Participants who are confirmed and have made payment will not be eligible for refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or withdrawals made within 12 hours of the session. Rain & Weather Policy Refunds due to rain or adverse weather will be issued only if the entire session is cancelled and no play takes place. If the session proceeds and any portion of play has taken place, the session will be considered fulfilled and no refunds will be provided.
