0–10 minutes: Warm-up
Light jogging, dynamic stretches, side steps, and hand-eye coordination.
10–20 minutes: Paddle fundamentals
Grip, ready position, balance, and forehand/backhand contact.
20–35 minutes: Serve and return
Practice consistent serves, returns, and the two-bounce rule.
35–50 minutes: Controlled rallies
Practice cooperative rallies, positioning, kitchen awareness, and partner communication.
PICKLEBALL COACHING RATES
🥇 Solo Training ₱500 per person / hour
👥 Group Training ₱2,000 per hour for up to 5 players (₱400 per person / hour)
📌 Please Note: Court rental fees are not included in the training rates and will be shared equally among the participating players.
