Admin will approve once payment is verified and add you to the Participants List. If slots are already full, you may request a refund or ask admin to apply your payment to another scheduled meet, subject to slot availability. Cancellation Policy All payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may find a waitlisted or substitute player to take your slot. Please inform admin of the replacement at least 24 hours before the day of play. The replacement may only play once confirmed by admin. If no replacement is found, payment will be forfeited.
