COURT & PLAY MANAGEMENT · Hosts are solely responsible for organizing play, court assignments, and match rotations. · Only designated hosts may rearrange games, resolve disputes, or adjust player positions. 2. PADDLE STAKING SYSTEM · Paddles must be placed in the designated rack/queue to secure a spot to play. · Only hosts may move, rearrange, or manage the paddle order. · Players are prohibited from moving their own or others’ paddles. · Paddles left unattended outside the rack will not be included in the rotation. 🚫 STRICT “NO SELF-MANAGING” RULE · Players may NOT rearrange paddles, change game order, or override host decisions. · Any requests (partner preference, early departure, etc.) must be directed to the host. --- 💳 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: · Courts are non-refundable. · Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours before the session start time (by 8:00 PM the previous day). · Late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show will incur a RM17 fee, unless you find a suitable replacement player (Level 2.8+) to take your paid slot. · The replacement player must be confirmed with the host. --- 📢 WELCOME MESSAGE “Welcome!
