IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT, KA DINKHAUS! Thank you to everyone who joined our DINKHAUS MIDWEEK RALLY (ALL LEVELS) at DRS Green Court! We’re excited to have you all for a night of fun, fair play, and great rallies! To make our future open plays more organized and avoid no-shows, we will be implementing a STRICT PAYMENT-FIRST POLICY moving forward. Please read the reminders below carefully. 1. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR SLOT Only players who have paid will be confirmed and accommodated. Being on the list does not automatically guarantee your slot. For our current open play, players who haven’t paid yet will have until 5:00 PM (2 hours before the 7:00 PM start) to settle their payment. After the deadline, unpaid slots will be removed and offered to players on the waitlist or walk ins 📌 GCASH PAYMENT DETAILS Account Name: G.J.A GCash Number: 09396121108 2. FOR CASH PAYMENTS If you don’t have GCash or access to online payment, please send this exact message in the group chat before the payment deadline: “Will attend and will pay cash.” This will serve as your confirmation that you are attending and will pay upon arrival. If we receive no payment or confirmation from you, your slot will automatically be removed, and waitlisted players will be accommodated. 3. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will only be accepted until 2:00 PM on the day of the open play. After this deadline, the original policy applies: the open play fee must be paid whether you show up or not. If you have unexpected errands or commitments, please inform the admins before the cancellation deadline. 4. LATE ARRIVALS If you’re running late, please notify the admins through the group chat. By 8:30 PM, players who haven’t arrived and haven’t given any notice will forfeit their slots. Walk-ins and waitlisted players may then be accommodated.
