After 11:00 PM, everyone transitions to the paddle queue system to mix up games. Registration & Payment * Entry: ₱120 / player * Select the PAYMENT option. * Grab the official GCASH account number. * Submit your proof of transfer via the PAYMENT tab. * Sit tight for your confirmation status! 📝 Only players with confirmed slots can join the games. Code of Conduct & Club Rules * Community Vibe: Keep it friendly, positive, and respectful at all times. * Late Arrivals: Arriving past 10:00 PM (more than 60 minutes late) will result in your slot being marked as a No-Show and reallocated to someone on the waitlist. * Operational Control: Management maintains the right to reassign courts and adapt rotation formats to keep the session running efficiently. 🌧 WEATHER INTERRUPTION RULES 🌬 * Early Cancellation (Rain before 9:00 PM): If rain continues past 9:45 PM, the event is canceled immediately. Choose between a complete refund or a 100% venue credit. * 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM Interruption: Voluntary departures receive a 100% credit. An unbroken 20-minute rain delay automatically cancels Open Play, granting a 100% credit to all participants. * 10:30 PM – 12:00 AM Interruption: Voluntary departures receive a 50% credit. An unbroken 20-minute rain delay automatically cancels Open Play, granting a 50% credit to all participants. * After 12:00 AM / 3 Hours Completed: If weather halts play after 3 total hours of action, staff will monitor the weather for up to 20 minutes. If rain persists, Open Play ends without credit or added time. * Handling Multiple Delays: * Delay #1: Wait up to 20 mins. * Delay #2: Wait up to 10 mins. * Delay #3: Session is officially canceled. * 3-Hour Threshold: Once total runtime hits 3 hours, the session counts as fully delivered. No credits or extra playing time will be awarded. Reserving a slot signifies full agreement with these terms and conditions.
