WELCOME TO PICKLE NOMADS! 🧭 Before joining an Open Play, please read our guidelines to help keep things smooth, fair, and fun for everyone. 1. REQUESTING A SLOT • Register for your preferred Open Play. • Request status: Do not send payment yet. Your slot is not confirmed. • Full session: Message an admin to join the waitlist. 2. WAITLIST • When a slot opens, waitlisted players will be notified. • Payment must be made immediately once notified to secure the slot. • Unpaid slots may be offered to the next player on the waitlist. 3. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION • Payment: GCash only. • Confirmed = Paid. Your slot is confirmed only after payment. • Upload your payment receipt under the Payment tab. • Plus-one: Send the proof of payment directly to an admin and indicate who the payment is for. FREE OPEN PLAY VOUCHERS 🎟️ • Upload your Challenge Court winner photo from our social media accounts under the Payment tab as your proof of payment. • 1 voucher = 1 Open Play session. • Each person may use 1 voucher per session. • Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value. • Maximum of 2 free vouchers per session. GCash XH******E NI****E R. 09560052595 4. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS Organizer Cancellation Pickle Nomads may cancel or reschedule an Open Play up to 2 days before the scheduled date. If the organizer cancels, all confirmed payments will be fully refunded. Player Cancellation • Payments are non-refundable. • Slots may be transferred to another player with organizer approval. • Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of the Open Play. • No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of payment. 5. COURT REMINDERS 🏓 • 1 ball per court will be provided. Please leave it on the court after your game for the next players. • We recommend bringing your own ball in case the provided ball becomes cracked or unusable. 6.
