Click “Join” and submit your request to participate. 2. Wait for your status to become “Waitlisted”
Do not send payment until your status shows “Waitlisted.” 3. Once waitlisted, proceed with payment
You may now pay the ₱150 registration fee through: * GCash * GoTyme 4. Send your proof of payment
After making the payment, send a screenshot of your payment receipt/proof of payment through the Meet/OP’s chatbox. 5. Wait for payment verification
The host will check and verify your payment. 6. Wait for the host’s confirmation
Your slot will be officially confirmed once the host responds through the Meet/OP’s chatbox confirming your payment and you are added to the list of confirmed players. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION 1. All payments are strictly non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the host/organizer. 2. If you are unable to attend, you may: * Arrange for another person to take over your slot; or * Have a friend play in your place. 3. Please inform the host of any player replacement so the registration list can be updated. 4. No-show players are not entitled to a refund. 5. Limited slots only — once all slots are filled, registration will be closed. PARTICIPATION POLICY Participation in this activity is completely voluntary. By joining, each player acknowledges that pickleball is a physical activity and agrees to participate at their own discretion and responsibility. Players are responsible for assessing their own health and physical condition before participating. If you have any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that may affect your ability to play safely, please consult your doctor or refrain from participating. The host/organizer shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, or other health-related issues arising from voluntary participation.
