(No “Play for Serve”; start directly at 0–0–2.) • Please check in upon arrival at the venue. Your check-in time, based on personal appearance only, will determine game queuing. • Strictly “no walk in players” especially if the number of participants are all present. 📌 REMINDERS 1. Official Game Records: Only the first 5 games per pair will be officially recorded. Any additional games played beyond the allotted game limit will be considered exhibition games and will not be included in the official records. 2. Payment First Policy: Full payment is required to secure your slot. We strictly implement a First to Pay, First to Secure policy. Unpaid slots will not be considered confirmed. 3. Early Attendance: All players are expected to arrive early and be ready before the scheduled start time.
