Game Format
• Games are played to 11 points. Deuce is in effect.
• PickleQ will be used for court assignments and player rotation.
• Please be ready when your name is called. If you're not around when it's your turn, we'll move on to keep the games running on time.
• Request for +1 will be limited to a maximum of 2 players per meet.
Payment
* Slots are first come, first served basis
To complete your booking and secure your slot, please upload your Proof of Payment under the “Payment Tab.”
NO upload, NO slot. ‼️
Only bookings with uploaded proof of payment under the “Payment Tab” will be confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Refunds, Reschedule & Cancellations
• No refunds.
• Rescheduling is only allowed if requested at least 8 hours before the scheduled meet.
• If you can't make it, we'll be happy to move your booking to the next available Open Play schedule, subject to availability.
•Slot transfers or selling of slots must be coordinated in the OP group chat & with the admins.
Sportsmanship
• Play your best, respect every player, and enjoy the game.
• Whether you win or lose, keep it fun and friendly.
• Please be respectful to fellow players, guests, and our team. Unsportsmanlike behavior, abusive language, harassment, or intentional disruption of games will not be tolerated.
Play Safe
• Please play responsibly and know your limits.
• Participation is at your own risk. Pickle Fam Collective shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during play.
Privacy & Consent
• Photos and videos may be taken during Open Play for documentation and marketing purposes.
• By joining an Open Play session, you give Pickle Fam Collective permission to use these photos and videos on our social media pages, website, and other promotional materials.
